如果我們每日的手袋Post都未能滿足您的要求，您可以選擇用我們的 Elite Luxe Concierge Service。

流程非常簡單：

1. 告訴我們您想要的 Hermès 手袋款式和尺寸、想要的顏色、可接受的年份，以及您的預算。

2. 由於尋找手袋需要時間和精力，我們會收取HKD5,000 元的訂金。請放心，這不是費用，而是訂金，找到手袋後可以扣除；如果無法在您的要求範圍內找到您想要的手袋，HKD5,000 元的訂金將全額退還。

3. 我們會在七日內根據您的要求幫您尋找想要的手袋。如果您對找到的手袋滿意，訂金將直接扣除，您只需支付餘額，就能輕鬆擁有您的Dream Bag！

4. 如果您對我們幫您找到的第一個手袋不滿意，請告訴我們您不滿意的地方，我們將進行調整並再次尋找。如果第二個手袋仍然不滿意，我們將直接退還您的HKD5,000 元訂金扣除3.3%（HKD165)信用卡費用。

Can’t find what you want from our daily post? You can choose to use our Elite Luxe Concierge Service!

The process is simple:

1. Tell us the style and size of the Hermès Bag you want, your preferred color, acceptable year, and your budget.

2. Since finding a bag requires time and effort, we will collect a deposit of HKD 5,000. Please rest assured, this is not a fee but a deposit, which will be deducted from the final price if we find you your dream bag. If we are unable to find your bag, the deposit of HKD5,000 will be fully refunded.

3. We will help you find the bag you want within seven days based on your requirements. If you are satisfied with the bag, the deposit will be deducted, just pay the outstanding amount, and your Dream Bag is yours to keep! 🩷

4. If you are not satisfied with the first bag we find, let us know what you are unhappy with, and we will adjust and search again. If you are also not satisfied with the second bag, we will directly refund your HKD 5,000 deposit minus 3.3% (HKD165)credit card fee.
